The front desk was so cheerful when we arrived. Easy parking during the week. Complimentary coffee and the lobby area smelled so clean! The beds were the most comfortable linens and so cozy, quiet, as well as the light blue lighting and chic modern furnishings and decor. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed the granola bars and flipped egg-but would substitute country fried potatoes or sausage over the mini quiche. Since a brand-new hotel, possibly discuss putting in a small Zen Garden and a dipping pool on rooftop or backyard-Florida is sunny all year round for visitors. The Downtown iconic Marion Theater is only 5 minutes away for an afternoon Matinee. Check out the restaurant in the square called- The Bank Street, five stars for their filling crab cakes!

The breakfast was substandard. The egg sandwich with cheese and sausage was tasteless . There was a second option wrapped in paper with no label on it so people just opened it up and looked and put it down. Unsanitary!The breads were all stale. I resorted to oatmeal. The coffee machine made very weak ,watery coffee.

I did like the location close to Downtown area. Hotel service was really good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were simple but comfortable and it had everything we needed except body wash and a small refrigerator could have helped. It is definitely a bang for your buck.

The young man who check us in with the red hair was amazing, so helpful and kind. After a long day of travel it felt good to come in late (9 p.m) to check in and to be met with such friendly and inviting way was the cherry on top!

Breakfast choices were plentiful and healthy. Coffee was excellent. Rooms were exceptionally clean.
